Book Review: The World Almanac for Kids 2014

I was lucky enough to receive a free copy of The World Almanac for Kids 2014 for my review.  I, personally, love the format and great pictures followed by a paragraph to a page explanation.

You know that I am an avid book purchaser for my grandchildren.  This is exactly the type of book I love to give at Christmas, Birthday, etc. to add interest and good non-fiction to their collection.

The Almanac includes something for the 14 year old grandson to read as well as interesting pictures for the 4 year old granddaughter.  The subject areas are wide and varied, the photographs excellent, the book size perfect for smaller hands, and the content perfect for an introduction and/or discussion of a wide range of topics.

I am including below all of the information I received from the publisher.  Again, I can personally recommend this book and will be glad to answer any questions you might have for me.
