LOL!!!a cutie pie.i cut myself some bangs when i was her age. at least my mother quit brushing my hair out of my face constantly! :D or ... SAYING IT! .... "tammy. brush your hair out of your face!" LOL.as i recall... the self cut bangs were not a popular solution.
That is part of the hair problem. She cut a chunk out of the front so it is still growing to reach the rest of the length. I remember cutting my own hair in the front and my daughter cutting her hair in front but I don't remember my son doing it so maybe it is only a little girl thing.
I can remember my mom brushing my hair - I always had tangles and then braiding the top part back. Since I have thick hair it pretty much stayed in the braid.
That's funny Barbara!! A picture is worth a 1,000 words and that proves it.:-)My husband knew he was gaining weight but didn't "see" it. Then he saw a photo and that made him diet.So different from women you know?
I know. GD #1 loves to take photos while she is here and I delete all the ones of me after she leaves. Real life pictures can be very disappointing.
Love it, when we can illustrate a point, which we have been unable to, with words!!!!!!!! Yeaaaaaaa you!!!!
Yes. It is so much easier to say - see this is why we wear a headband.
And so cute, too!
Thanks. She went home yesterday afternoon and Buddy the dog and I took two naps and that was before bedtime.
Hair-in-the-face... :-)How about if mommy or you, gather the hair on the top of her head, and make a high back-of-the-head pony tail, with it? And put a pink bow on the pony tail, of course!!!! :-) Oh I would just love, to do that! Her hair, just calls out, for it. And think how much happier she would be, not having to keep brushing hair back. Or trying to get it out of her face, with a little swing of her head. Which it looks like she is doing, while holding her gardening supplies. :-))))Tessa
Her Mom fixes both little girls so cute when they go out, but I am reluctant to go through that hair brushing battle. GD #1 won't wear a pony tail though. She will do barretts, headbands and braids but no rubberbands, not even the scrunchies. I always wore ponytails and loved it. Not sure why she feels that way. I'll have to ask her why she feels that way. She always has the funniest answers.
