I've had trouble keeping a normal sleep schedule since I retired. I sleep well but I keep really weird hours. So I thought I'd share a couple of jokes/cartoons about the problem.
My problem is not with my sleep, it is with the hours my body has chosen for its new rhythm. After years of working and motherhood when you had to be up and gone and someplace at some time, I just can't get over feeling guilty about not keeping "normal" hours. What difference does it make I keep telling myself?
