Foggy Windshield

I just read this on Pinterest.  I don't know if it really works but sounds like an easy solution and I am going to try it.

Buy a chalkboard eraser and keep it in the glove box of your car. When the windows fog, rub with the eraser! Works better than a cloth!

  1. wow.
would never have thought of that.
the felt must be more quickly absorbent maybe?
    thanks for the tip!

    1. I wonder if a cheap eraser from the dollar store will work as well as one from office supply. I need to look up and see what they are made of.

    1. I didn't even think about that. I can't even reach the glove box with my little short arms. I could use the door pocket though. Might just try RainX again first.

  4. I like this idea but am more impressed with your pinning skills on Pinterest. I have an account but have never figured out how to use it successfully. I don't have anything pinned. I hear people say they spend far too much time on it. I go there but usually don't stay ling. Good for you.

  5. I never would have thought of that. It would have come in handy when I had my old 54 Ford. Thanks for the tip :)

  6. Interesting. First time I've heard of it, but it probably works because of the felt, as someone mentioned previously. :)
